When ordering, a purchase agreement will only be reached when has confirmed the order by e-mail order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by’s database without manual review. In case of errors in, for example, an indication of price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this in retrospect.

When ordering, only agreements can be concluded in Swedish and English. The agreements are filed at and are available through’s customer service.

Prices include VAT with 6% for books including interactive books and ebooks, 25% for other products and services including subscriptions. After a confirmed order, prices cannot be changed.

Deliveries – Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 1-8 business days (weekdays) after we have received your order. Downloadable digital products paid with PayPal or credit cards are distributed immediately. When purchasing downloadable digital products paid by invoice (not available at the moment), we will send an invoice in pdf format, the customer pays and we will then send the download link. In cases where a product has to be ordered from the supplier, delivery time may be slightly longer (up to 14 days). A message about Deviations from the normal delivery time or the information on the website will be provided in connection with the order confirmation. You are, of course, entitled to change your order.

Parcel post
Orders weighing up to 2 kg are sent by post as a letter. Orders weighing between 2 and 20 kg are used in the postal package.

Delivery Delay
If the delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase on delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to complete your order. There may be times that make it impossible to complete the order, for example, as our supplier can not fulfil our commitment to us. We reserve the right to waive all reimbursement to customers regarding delivery delays.

transport risk
We are responsible for the transport risk, ie the risk of the goods being damaged or getting lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You stand for the risk of any return to us.

Shared order
Should any of the items you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than other items, we may in some cases share your order. As a customer, you will never have to pay more than the agreed original shipping.

elearningworldNET reports prices including VAT. Shipping and handling are included and no other taxes or fees are added.

Ev. Refunds are made primarily to your bank account, personal account or bankgiro account, on the other hand via avi. Refunds will be made within 10 business days of receipt and approval of your return.

You can choose from the following payment options:
Prepayment and invoice payment – You pay to our bankgiro.
Bank / Credit Card or Directly via PayPal – Bank / Credit Card – For those who have VISA or Mastercard, you pay by PayPal. PayPal, currently used by 100 million people and organizations worldwide. Right of withdrawal 14 days
Under the distance contract law, you as a customer have the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods and for no special reason. elearningworldNET applies the Distance Contract Law. You as a customer are responsible for returning the right of withdrawal of a right of withdrawal.

According to section 14 of the Distance Contract Act, no right of withdrawal applies if the agreement concerns:
+ A service and completion have begun with the consumer’s consent during the withdrawal period. Examples of products belonging to this item are subscriptions.
+ An item which, due to its nature, cannot be returned or which can quickly deteriorate or become too old. Examples of products that fall within this point are ink cartridges, cooling fans, projectors, etc.
+ A sealed audio or video recording or sealed computer program and the seal has been broken.
+ Right of withdrawal 14 days do not apply to companies.
In case of cancellation and open purchase, we would like to take into account the following:
+ Notify eLearningWorldNET Customer Service and return the order within 30 days of receipt of the order or a substantial part of it.
+ The product must be in the unaltered state, ie unused, not destroyed or damaged.
+ Return the product in the product carton with the intended inner packaging.
+ The product should be complete. This means that all accessories such as remote control, operating instructions, batteries, etc. will join the return.
elearningworldNET reserves the right to charge the cost of missing items in cases where the return is not complete. elearningworldNET will not redeem packages against postage.
Here’s how to return:
+ Fill in a return form. By doing this we can provide you with a better and faster service.
+ If your return weighs up to 20 kg, you will post via Post’s service centre.
+ Please be aware that you are responsible for transport back to us. Pack the item well. Always use the product carton with the intended inner packaging. Therefore, remember to save this carton, at least during the 14 days of withdrawal.
+ Always return the return that contains value as recommended mail. Save the receipt!

According to the Consumer Buying Act, you have as a customer right of 2 years warranty, goods purchased after April 1, 2005, you have 3 years of right to claim after you have received the goods. eLearningworldNET applies the Consumer Complaints Complaints Law. inspects each shipment before it is sent to you. Should the product still be damaged when it arrives, we undertake to fix the error-free of charge.

NOTE! It is important that you make a correct notification. Visible error: Immediately notified to the driver upon receipt of the item. Wrong error: Applies to elearningworldNET Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of the item. A product we have found that it is damaged, we will replace if you wish or refund the money as well as the shipping cost. However, if you ordered more items than the one you returned, we will not refund the full shipping cost.
