Perspective I: Driving forces of the new dimension

Human organizational forms are developing from hierarchy to flat project-based structures in this world of data warehousing and as artificial intelligence is taking over repetitive tasks. This progress also will transform the labour market and, in its footsteps, education on all levels. Where the focus more exclusively than before will be set on human skills, creativity and developing solutions. Theories often still will serve as the floor, as the growing ground, but the practice is nutrition and oxygen for the digital society. In this spirit, the old division between theorist/administrative and operational/practical work will gradually diminish. And as education adapts to this new reality, it is leading us to the learning lab.
